Here a few yin yoga poses focusing on the lower back and hip area.In yin yoga you hold the poses from 3-5 minutes. It is of great benefit to the body, it works more on the deep connective tissues and joints, rather than on the more superficial yang tissues like the skin and the muscles.

This is a restorative yoga sequence which will help to restore health and balance in your lower back and hips.!

I’ll pass on the artificially scented candles and room sprays. While many of these do smell nice, they are filled with synthetic fragrances and toxic chemicals associated with hormone disruptions, allergic reactions, migraines, sinus pain, mental vagueness, dizziness, eye and skin irritations and more. What’s especially troubling is that these chemical toxins accumulate in human tissue. No, thank you. I’ll stick to my natural room scents that smell just as nice.

Superfoods. You’ve heard the term bandied about, often breathlessly. While it may sometimes be treated like the magical edible stuff of comic book characters and mythic heroes, this class of foods is really just exceptionally nutritious and healthful. Superfoods generally contain both exceptional amounts of healthy nutrients and exotically named compounds that do indeed do superhero-like things, such as prevent cancer.
Best of all, many of these superfoods are delicious too.
